Drawing / making models takes a LOT of time. On top of that, my wrist injuries make it so I have to take it slow. If you have time constraints, please address it initially so I can apply a deadline (within reason). Otherwise, I will take my time to make sure what you commission me is of expected and satisfactory quality.

PAYMENT MUST COME FIRST ឵឵

I will not start until the payment has been received, so don’t expect me to start until you have paid me. I accept payment as USD through PayPal invoices, so you will need to provide your PayPal email to me. I'm happy to do half-half payments for anything over $100 USD.

I WILL NOT REFUND ONCE I HAVE STARTED ឵឵

Full refunds are only allowed if I have not started, or if there are issues that make me unable to complete your commission. However, if I have already started, I can negotiate partial refunds.

YOU CAN NOT BARGAIN FOR CHEAPER PRICES ឵឵

All of the prices you see listed here are the base prices. You can bargain for taking some details away to make it cheaper, but if you’re expecting a piece of the same quality as the examples, I will not lower the prices.

IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A REFERENCE...

Make a description of exactly what you want. I’m not going to do your commission if you don’t know what you want. If you do not have a reference, at least prepare a basic description that I can go off of. I don’t improvise character designs for free.

your commission will be promotional material

By default, I am allowed to use the commission to promote myself and my commission prices, such as putting it on the price sheet and posting it to social media. You HAVE to tell me if you do not want me to post or promote the artwork, and I won't post it at all if so.

YOU CAN USE PURCHASED ART COMMERCIALLY...

BUT, you MUST credit me. If you can not or would prefer not to credit me, please let me know. This will likely cost a fee of around +25% of the original cost.

I WILL CHARGE FOR OVERWORK ឵឵

Time = Money. I generally can estimate how long a commission is going to take to draw. I will charge you more for however many hours over the estimation that your commission takes. This mainly counts for big and/or time-consuming changes.

Due to the amount of responses on the form, and how long each model takes to make, expect there to be a long waiting time.

If your circumstances have changed once I finally reach out, or you have changed your mind and no longer want one, no hard feelings!

I may need to log into your vrchat account

Allowing me to upload the VRChat model for you requires me to log in to your account. It is okay if you don't want this for comfort reasons. If you do allow me to do this, I recommend setting up a dummy password.

The alternatives are either you set up the model in your own unity project or we can upload it as a public avatar.
